The Korte Company worked closely with Kraemer Land Company, Inc. to revitalize an existing retail plaza.

Several buildings, including the primary 75,000-square-foot facility and five other buildings ranging from 5,000- to 11,000-square-foot, were vacant and neglected for years. The buildings were in disrepair and required immense renovation efforts to bring them up to standard.

The plan included exterior shell work on all six buildings located on the property. New roofs were added, along with new facades, paint, windows and doors. Sitework also included a new parking lot and landscaping.

Tenant improvements for the main facility included the installation of HVAC systems. Along with a complete mechanical upgrade, the facility also enhanced power and fiber.

Construction of interior walls and ceilings helped create a new space for a data and operations center. Conference rooms, office space, lobby, and a front desk/lobby area were also constructed and modernized per the design.
