The Korte Company worked closely with Baidee Development, Inc. and HPA Architecture. to deliver the state-of-the-art 258,837-square-foot Tropical Innovation Logistics Center. The facility is designed to accommodate up to four tenants with an average range of approximately 65,000 square feet each.
Located on a 12.67-acre site in North Las Vegas, Nevada, this logistics facility features ‘Class A’ construction with 36-foot minimum clearance height. There are 40 off-dock trailer stalls, each measuring 10 feet wide by 53 feet long.
The facility has 132-foot truck courts to accommodate large vehicles and 41 insulated overhead dock doors. Additional features include a total of 5 store-front windows and 19 exterior access doors.
The project utilized tilt-up concrete panel construction and was delivered on time and under budget.
