Trusted partners
Repeat clients make up 84% of our business, and 90% of them return for complete Design-Build projects. The top names in distribution — Amazon, USPS, Walgreens, Anheuser-Busch — only work with the best.
Major projects
With $250M bonding capacity per project and $700M aggregate bonding, we can get your biggest projects done right the first time. No delays, no downtime, no excuses. No matter what, The Job is the Boss®. That’s The Korte Company way.
Warehouse construction — it’s not for beginners
It may look like a big box from the street, but a lot goes into an optimized warehouse or distribution center. Delays and downtime cost valuable market share. That’s why you need everything right the first time, down to the smallest details. Fire codes, utilities, stormwater, multimodal access — that’s not the half of it.
From prefabricated steel to Tilt-Up (tilt-wall, tilt-panel) concrete construction, we’ve choreographed this dance hundreds of times for the biggest names in distribution.
Through the rain and snow — 1M-sq-ft USPS facility
The U.S. Postal Service needed a reliable Design-Build partner to provide a massive Processing & Distribution Center in Portland, Oregon.
It rained and snowed nearly 60 inches that winter. But it didn’t stop the site work, concrete, structural steel, roofing, electrical and mechanization. Despite the weather, this project finished ahead of an aggressive 18-month schedule. Just another job well done.
