The Korte Company partnered with Carlisle Syntec Systems to deliver a significant renovation and 14,714-square-foot expansion in Greenville, Illinois. This comprehensive project involved a two-story south extension with modern offices, a spacious break room and state-of-the-art training facilities. Additionally, a one-story east extension was seamlessly integrated, featuring locker rooms, a functional work center and efficient uniform storage solutions. Inside the existing warehouse, careful renovations were carried out, creating new spaces such as inviting break rooms and versatile training areas.
The project’s meticulous attention to detail extended beyond functionality to aesthetics. High-quality finishes, including durable luxury vinyl tiles for flooring and solid surface countertops, were incorporated. Exterior enhancements such as flush metal panels and ACM metal panel walls both ensured structural integrity and added a touch of contemporary elegance. Landscaping upgrades and the addition of a water feature further enhanced the surroundings.
Of significant note, this project marked the fifth collaboration between The Korte Company and Carlisle Syntec Systems. Their shared history of successful endeavors, including the original warehouse construction in 2006 and subsequent expansions, highlighted the strength of their partnership.
