The Korte Company and SHEQ Properties have collaborated on the construction of a new four-story Medical Office Building (MOB) in Las Vegas. Upon completion, this MOB will offer sweeping views of the Las Vegas Valley, distinguishing itself as a prominent landmark in the area.
At 82,863 square feet, the Tilt-Up shell of the MOB is part of a larger 12.5-acre retail center development. It will provide state-of-the-art healthcare facilities and ample parking, catering to the needs of the Henderson community.
Additionally, an adjacent four-story concrete parking structure spanning 163,476 square feet has been incorporated into the project. Designed to accommodate both visitors and staff, this structure offers covered parking areas, well-lit walkways, resting stations, and bicycle racks. Here, safety and convenience intersect, ensuring seamless access and peace of mind for all.
