This Design-Build project was awarded under an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity contract by the Department of the Army through its Morale, Welfare and Recreation Department.
In the Design-Build of Kaneohe Bay Enlisted Club, we delivered a 7,500-square-foot interior renovation of the existing Enlisted Club at Marine Corps Base Hawaii. Improvements to the club included a new main entrance, the removal and reinstallation of the exterior wall, the addition of restrooms and the reconfiguration of an interior entrance for handicapped accessibility. We also constructed a raised dining area platform, dance floor and new bar with a glowing back-lit bar top.
