At The Korte Company, we stand behind our work and proudly put our name on every project we complete. In this case, our name is also physically on the outside of the building. This commercial Design-Build project at our Las Vegas offices showcases some of our integrated project delivery capabilities.
Our new Las Vegas Division Headquarters demonstrates our team’s expertise in both Design-Build construction and tenant finish work. We served as our own Design-Build contractor for the 24,600-square-foot, Tilt-Up office building, as well as for the tenant finish of the new headquarters. We occupy half of the total space, with the remaining 12,300 square feet available as leasable offices for up to six tenants.
The new, 24,600-square-foot headquarters provides our rapidly growing western division with ample space and state-of-the-art capabilities.
