The Korte Company provides office construction and design for office building owners and tenants nationwide. Our team has completed more than 2,000 construction projects since 1958, and we’ve never delivered over budget or behind schedule. This is one of our many office construction projects.
The Urban Village is a 60,000-square-foot, three-story Class-A office building for the American Nevada Company. It’s located in Henderson, Nevada adjacent to Green Valley Ranch Casino. The building exterior consists of glazed aluminum curtain walls, granite stone tile veneers, exterior insulation finish system veneers and an extensive use of glass fiber reinforced concrete columns, caps, cornices, dentils and trim.
We built the third-floor level with a balcony at each corner, and the building interior core on each level consists of stone floor tile, African mahogany wall panels and drywall ceilings accented with wood crown moldings and chandeliers.
