The United States Postal Service selected The Korte Company as the Design-Build contractor for the processing and distribution expansion project located in North Reading, Massachusetts. The scope of work for this project includes the design and construction of a 128,850-square-foot, one-story Butler building.
The facility consists of a large mail processing workroom area, a loading dock platform with multiple dock positions, support areas and an administration area. It also includes multiple improvements to site utilities as well as roadway and parking lot upgrades.
