At The Korte Company, we’ve been building smart since 1958, and we’ve completed more than 2,000 projects nationwide. We’re experienced in retail store construction and design. This is one of many retail stores we’ve designed and built.
We have an established and successful relationship as a builder for Walgreens, formally known as The Walgreen Company. The Korte Company was selected to design and build a new retail location for Walgreens.
This Walgreens retail store is a 14,000-square-foot ground-up store built in the new Shadow Mountain Marketplace complex, which includes Best Buy, Costco, Stein Mart and several smaller retail stores.
The Korte Company’s successful history of delivering retail stores and distribution centers throughout the United States was a significant factor in our selection by The Walgreen Company to deliver another store in the Las Vegas area. The exterior is masonry with wood-framed popouts to increase the aesthetics of the building and a stucco exterior finish.
