This is a project we were particularly proud to deliver, as we encountered many challenges along the way.
We completed the 200,000-square-foot renovation for the United States Postal Service (USPS) — Phoenix FSS Expansion project in the majestic setting of Phoenix, Arizona. Project challenges included performing $7.5 million of Design-Build construction services without interrupting the flow of mail operations in a 24-7 operation. That’s no small task.
Our project team closely coordinated all construction activities with USPS operations to deliver the final project 46 days early, with $1.2 million in savings and a perfect safety record of zero accidents. The USPS 24-7 operations were maintained throughout the entire duration of the project.
