We were selected to deliver a $6.96 million project for Pinnacle Entertainment. Our Design-Build team was awarded the project based on best value criteria, including price, qualifications, experience, staffing and schedule.
The entire five-story building is built out to house Pinnacle’s new corporate headquarters, with the firm’s executive offices located on the fifth floor. The 86,850-square-foot project is located in the Hughes Center, a premier, 68-acre, mixed-use, master-planned business center within the Las Vegas business district.
For this build, we served as general contractor and partnered with two other companies: Gensler, an architectural firm that facilitated the design and flow of Pinnacle’s new headquarters, and Cushman & Wakefield, who had orchestrated the transaction on behalf of Ameristar. High architectural standards create visual appeal throughout the space. Features include glass walls, stone floor and countertops, architectural metal, wood ceilings and floors.
We proudly completed the project in 14 weeks.
