Truck Centers, Inc. selected The Korte Company for the construction of their new 190,000-square-foot headquarters. The headquarters consists of a new truck dealership/service area and a freestanding training center.
The dealership has a two-story office and sales area with an attached service area. The 30,000-square-foot training center has a two-story office/classroom area with three attached service bays for hands-on instruction.
The demonstration service area has high bays with oversized doors to accommodate over-the-road tractors. Adjacent to the service area are classrooms/labs used to disassemble, examine, test and repair truck components in addition to administrative offices. There are two large classroom areas that can accommodate up to 60 people each.
