The Korte Company partnered with Fine Entertainment to renovate an existing site and construct The Parkway Tavern. Located in The District at Green Valley Ranch, the 4,000-square-foot tenant improvement marks the fourth expansion for the PKWY Tavern brand and the third in which The Korte Company helped deliver.
Other projects included the 6,000-square-foot Parkway Rampart Tavern and Grille remodel located in Tivoli Village and the 9,000-square-foot Parkway Tavern conversion located on Flamingo Road.
The extensive renovation included selective demolition of the existing facility as well as a redesign of the interior spaces and front entryway. The remodeled entrance incorporated new entry doors and an updated vestibule, signage, lobby and dining spaces. The exterior entry wall was replaced with an updated façade to complement the interior design modifications.
The redesigned bar was constructed to accommodate a new 100-beer tap tower which required the installation of a comprehensive beer draft system and new supply lines. The improvements also required the relocation of floor sinks and the re-positioning of the existing water supply line.
The interior design components included corrugated tin, which was installed throughout the interior and exterior spaces. Modifications also included new walk-in coolers, display coolers and keg racks. An updated fire suppression system was also included in the scope of work.
