Deer Springs Village, a neighborhood shopping center located on 9.5 acres in Las Vegas, included both new construction and extensive on and off-site improvements.
Along with the 56,000-square-foot Albertsons grocery store which anchors the development, The Korte Company also delivered multiple retail stores which ranged in size from 6,280 to 18,000 square feet.
A large portion of the project’s scope required substantial site work, including survey assessments, earthwork, site utilities, landscaping, paving, masonry and signage. The buildings were primarily wood construction with concrete masonry, stone veneer and stucco facades.
Interior construction included storefront, drywall, flooring, acoustic ceilings and all flooring materials.
