The Korte Company and Stillwater Senior Living partnered for a second senior living project. The original 45,000-square-foot facility was completed in 2014. The memory care addition was constructed adjacent to the original facility and was completed in 2020.
The 32,000-square-foot addition features 18 state-of-the-art memory suites with optional companion suites for couples, sensory room, secured courtyard, dining areas, private salon and office space for the 24-hour nursing staff and in-house physician.
Additionally, the facility’s design includes 16 assisted living units, with studios, as well as one- and two-bedroom units with two-bath deluxe styles. The scope of work also incorporated a state-of-the-art emergency response system.
The memory care addition also includes amenities including a chapel, a respite room, a four-seasons room complete with a walkout terrace, lounge area with a fire pit, a fitness center and an upgraded therapy room.
