In January of this year, a groundbreaking ceremony marked the beginning of construction of a new development in northwest Las Vegas. Located at Hualapai Way and Deer Springs, the site will be home to Deer Springs Village shopping center.
The first phase of construction has begun, and features a new 56,000 square foot Albertson grocery store, which is scheduled to open in late 2018. The retail development will also include a number of other tenants such as Del Taco, Speedee Mart, UPS, Jackpot Joanie’s Tavern and Bogart’s to name a few.
The Korte Company is excited to be part of such a significant project and look forward to a successful completion.
