The Korte Company will complete a 5,870 square foot educational facility for High-Tech Institute, located at 2250 South Rancho in Las Vegas. The $244,000 project includes three lecture rooms, two computer labs and an MIS department, which annexes the existing facility and will be used for general education and criminal justice classes.
“The Korte Company is happy to work with High-Tech Institute on this expansion project,” said Greg Korte, President of The Korte Company’s Las Vegas Division. “It also displays our ability to provide tenant improvement services and other small project work under the range of $500,000.”
