The Korte Company has been awarded an $18.9 million school renovation project for Mooresville High School in Mooresville, Indiana. The 36,357 square foot project includes a complete renovation of the north and south buildings at the school.
The Mooresville High School Renovation project includes a new secure main entry, an administration area, a two-story glass concourse, a virtual learning center, PE locker rooms, project “Lead the Way,” improved circulation throughout the building, and access control.
The MHS/Korte Team will create a 21st Century Learning Environment for academic excellence.
Renovation items include classrooms, restrooms, roofing, windows, exterior façade enhancements, pavement, doors and hardware, bleachers, stairway improvements, MEP, and life safety system upgrades.
