The Korte Company completed a 12,136-square-foot maintenance facility in Las Vegas for Union Pacific, one of America’s most recognized companies. The UP Railroad connects 23 states in the western portion of the country by rail, providing a critical link in supporting our nation’s infrastructure.
Interior space included a locker room, break room, lunch room, technology room and space for office and administration. The scope of work also incorporated site improvements, including a parking area, landscaping, site lighting and an adjacent mechanical yard. Additionally, The Korte Company completed the installation of sanitary sewer, water and gas lines as well as communication and power conduit.
