The Korte Company has been awarded a $6.3 million project by Green Valley Development LLC. Korte is working on a fast-track approach for the design-build construction of the on and off-site improvements for this new retail/office center which will be directly east of The District in Henderson, Nevada. When completed, the center will house the Cheesecake Factory, Whole Foods Market and many other notable retail shops, as well as Class “A” Office space.
According to Greg Korte, President of The Korte Company’s Las Vegas Division, “We are excited to be heading up the construction of this premier center that will further enhance this area of Henderson.”
