The U.S. Air Force recently awarded The Korte Company three separate projects under a Multiple Award Construction Contract (MACC) totaling $4,671,383.
As part of the MACC, The Korte Company has been assigned the task of reconfiguring and renovating Building 1820 – Belleville Hall. The 144-unit dormitory will undergo extensive demolition to correct existing conditions as well as the new construction of individual bath facilities.
Under separate task orders, The Korte Company will provide earthwork improvements and widen channels within an existing flow path to create a more efficient flood path for drainage flow. The company will also renovate and install a perimeter fence system near the airfield.
