At The Korte Company, our seasoned design and construction team has completed more than 2,000 different projects. We have built structures in almost every state, and our work includes top-quality fire station construction, too. This Design-Build for Aliante is some of our strongest work.
Fire Station #56 in North Las Vegas services Aliante, the area’s newest master-planned community. The 10,360-square-foot building structure consists of wood framing, structural steel and load-bearing masonry walls with both metal decking and wood roof sheathing. The exterior features an ethylene propylene diene terpolymer roof system, stucco exterior walls and cultured stone veneer at the entries. In addition to the fully functional fire department apparatus bay, Station 56 includes offices, dormitory sleeping quarters, kitchen and dining facilities, exercise rooms and training areas.
This build brought home the Southwest Contractor’s Magazine: Best of 2004 award. More importantly, it helps firefighters and the Aliante community.
We’re proud to help communities grow in smart ways and have completed fire station construction projects for cities across the U.S. You can learn more about our city construction services here.
