We’ve delivered crucial plant construction projects for some of our nation’s biggest producers. This brewery construction project for Anheuser-Busch shows some of our finest work — from site preparation to construction and post-construction, we did it all.
The expansion and renovation of the Anheuser-Busch Brewery in Tampa Bay, Florida included a new stockhouse, renovation of administrative offices and a new two-level parking structure.
The stockhouse is a four-story, steel-framed building containing 38 chip tanks. Each tank is 12 feet in diameter by 56 feet long and weighs 13 tons before filling. Because of the weight of the filled tanks, we performed extensive site work. The foundation has 390 pilings, some up to 250 feet deep.
And we completed the project in phases over a 20-month period.
