The Korte Company provides tenant finish construction and design for office building owners and tenants nationwide. Our team has completed more than 2,000 construction projects since 1958, and we’ve never delivered over budget or behind schedule. This is one of our many office construction projects.
This tenant finish is home of the Las Vegas division of Brownstein, Hyatt, Farber, Schreck — located on the 16th floor of the Molasky Corporate Center building now under construction.
Our work consisted of underfloor mechanical systems and plug-and-play modular systems for power and data used throughout the building. We installed the mechanical and electrical systems under a concrete access floor system that will assist in system modularity.
The space also included extension lighting control systems that provide energy-efficient control using daylight. And we built an associated dimming system to further decrease electrical consumption. Our team also installed a security system with intrusion detection and card readers at the entry doors was installed. The space also included wood and tile finishes in the main lobby areas.
