We have completed a 23,000-square-foot expansion for Carlisle Construction Materials’ Greenville facility in Greenville, Illinois. Carlisle Construction Materials is a leading manufacturer of single-ply roofing materials, headquartered in Carlisle, Pennsylvania.
The plant upgrade enabled the Greenville facility to produce a line of PVC roofing material in addition to the ethylene propylene diene monomer product currently manufactured at the facility.
The project includes the construction of a new, raised roof that was built over four existing structural bays. In addition, we added several equipment rooms for material and reinforced the existing floor to support the additional weight of the new machinery.
With the expansion, Carlisle Construction Materials was able to continue expanding and scaling their production for their growing business.
