At The Korte Company, we believe in building and working smart. That means creating quality work environments, whether it’s in the office or at the job site. We do it for ourselves, and we’re proud to build better workplaces for others as well. In this tenant finish, we helped CB Richard Ellis (CBRE) create a better atmosphere for their employees and clients.
We remodeled CBRE’s existing office space in Las Vegas. The employees were moved to a temporary location for a period of three months for ease of construction.
From programming, the space was designed with sustainability and LEED Certification in mind. And following construction, the project earned a U.S. Green Building Council LEED Gold certification for energy efficiency.
The overall space is designed for an open office in order to eliminate the once compartmental layout that existed. With the updated layout and the overall use of the open windows with natural light, the anticipated result is to increase collaboration and productivity in the office.
