This Design-Build project is one of several that we’ve completed for Green Valley Development, one of our many satisfied, repeat clients. The Class A office building is LEED Gold certified and has a prime location near The District.
The building features a dramatic, two-story atrium main entry with architectural laminated bear grass glass rail system, lyptus wood paneling, stone tile flooring and granite tile accent walls. The exterior is an integral color architectural precast panel, granite tile veneer and clear anodized window system. We designed and built the attached, three-level parking garage to accommodate 422 vehicles.
