This unique, multi-purpose facility is one of the largest wood-framed structures of its kind. The largest of three recreational centers, the Anthem Community Center is 77,000 square feet and the main clubhouse within the Sun City Community.
The facility features indoor and outdoor pools as well as an indoor and outdoor running and walking track. The fitness center includes weight training areas, cardio spaces, locker rooms and group training/classroom areas. Additionally, the center includes craft rooms, a library, 4,500-square-foot theater and restaurant complete with a full kitchen.
Additional spaces include an art gallery, office and administration spaces, classrooms, computer room, and an outdoor amphitheater. Use of exquisite finishes throughout makes this facility one of the most exclusive community centers in the Southwest.
