When Eden United Church of Christ decided to expand their existing Gothic architectural style church to accommodate their growing congregation, they selected The Korte Company to design and construct their new addition.
The 16,500-square-foot Design-Build, three-story addition connects the existing sanctuary with the already existing administration/education facility.
The addition also houses a classroom wing on the second floor for the Sunday school classrooms, youth center and computer room.
The other levels accommodate meeting rooms, administrative offices, choir/media room, fellowship lobby and lounges. The design incorporated the architectural characteristics of the existing church into the addition, including masonry stone, tile roofing and Gothic windows.
