The Korte Company developed the design and managed the construction of this new 406,000-square-foot warehouse and distribution center.
The building is designed to hold up to four tenants and can be subdivided into four 100,000-square-foot office and distribution areas. Each area has space available for offices with easily accessible parking. The warehouse is cross-docked with shipping and receiving docks on both the front and rear of the building.
The structural system consists of Tilt-Up concrete walls with steel frames. Exterior materials include Tilt-Up concrete panels cast on site and architectural reveals formed into the concrete. The building has a 30-foot clear height.
The project schedule required us to complete the building in six months and make the first 100,000 square feet available for occupancy in just five months. To meet the delivery milestones, we completed four major concrete floor pours of 100,000 square feet each.
