This warehouse and distribution project for Lanter Company consisted of a new 640,800-square-foot warehouse containing warehouse space, rack systems, office spaces, restrooms, a conference room and a break room.
The structure was a composite of Tilt-Up concrete walls with structural steel framing and an ethylene propylene diene terpolymer roof system. In addition, the facility was completed with 70 loading docks and a loading zone with a 75-foot apron.
