RS Properties, LLC selected The Korte Company to construct its new bakery in Las Vegas, Nevada. This new facility includes an oven and proofing room, makeup and packing area, cake and dough room, and kitchen.
The new facility provides specialty baked goods to Starbucks Coffee and many of the Las Vegas resorts and casinos. The premium bakery products are used for banquets, conventions and other functions where special bakery items are served.
