The Korte Company successfully completed this tenant improvement of a 4,400-square-foot medical office building for Heart and Vascular Centers of America, situated in Las Vegas, Nevada. The project involved a comprehensive scope of work, encompassing the demolition of pre-existing offices, the addition of new office spaces and medical examination rooms, as well as the refurbishment of existing restroom facilities to ensure compliance with ADA regulations.
In line with the project’s design, The Korte Company utilized the existing shell, ceiling grid, roof-top units, plumbing, and electrical sub-panels. The medical facility has a welcoming reception area, two specialized examination rooms, an employee break area, and a convenient hand wash station. Additionally, detailed attention was given to all finishes, including custom millwork and the installation of new flooring.
Korte is proud to have helped HVCA expand into the Vegas market providing a state-of-the-art center with the latest technological advancements in healthcare.
