This North Las Vegas, Nevada logistics center is a 400,801-square-foot distribution center located on a 21-acre site at the interchange of I-15 and I-215.
The tilt-up facility features Type III-B construction and includes two truck courts, measuring 395 feet and 631 feet, respectively. The building’s construction features a 40-foot clearance height, 69 off-dock trailer stalls, and four drive-in truck ramps.
The scope of work included a significant amount of sitework including 3,000 lineal feet of power and 4,000 lineal feet of sewer connections. In particular, the sewer line required us to bore 340 lineal feet of steel casing under the existing Union Pacific Railroad (UPRR) tracks. This process required considerable coordination and full-time monitoring.
The facility is designed to accommodate up to four separate tenants ranging approximately 65,000 square feet each.
