The Mayor of the city of Las Vegas gave the project the Urban Design Award. Southwest Contractor Magazine gave it the Best of Nevada award. And it won Special Recognition from NAIOP, The Commercial Real Estate Development Association. We are honored to receive these awards, but more importantly, to deliver office construction that met our client’s needs.
This tenant finish is the headquarters of the Molasky Group of Companies, located on the 17th floor of the Molasky Corporate Center building. The work consisted of underfloor mechanical systems and plug-and-play modular systems for power and data used throughout the building.
We installed the mechanical and electrical systems under a concrete access floor system that assists in system modularity. The space also included extension lighting control systems that provide energy-efficient control using daylight and an associated dimming system to further decrease electrical consumption. We also installed a security system with intrusion detection and card readers at the entry doors.
As the general contractor for this build, we partnered with an exceptional architectural firm, and our own exceptional team of architects has contributed to Design-Build efforts for many other top-quality facilities.
