This Design-Build medical construction project is a three-story office building with a five-level, 525-car-capacity parking garage. The exterior is energy-efficient glass and precast concrete with stone accent fin walls clad in Italian Rojo Alicante stone.
The Building will hold primarily Nevada Cancer Institute staff. The second- and third-floor tenant improvements will be built out initially. A conference center and catering kitchen will be provided for educational and training use.
The Nevada Cancer Institute will provide patients a healing garden with extensive landscaping and a unique water feature.
The project obtained LEED Silver Certification from the U.S. Green Building Council.
