The Korte Company has delivered multiple projects for Parkway Tavern, including a 6,500-square-foot shell building at Volunteer Crossing in Henderson, Nevada. The facility was part of a larger 9,850-square-foot construction project which included significant sitework on the 4-acre undeveloped site.
The single-story Parkway Tavern shell was constructed with engineered studs and designed as another location for the growing business.
The Korte Company worked closely with the owner to successfully deliver additional components of the overall project, including sitework and pads for a future convenience store tenant as well as street improvements for a bus stop.
A substantial portion of the scope was dedicated to providing utilities to the site, including power, water and sewer. The scope of work also included off-site improvements to provide paving work, parking areas and site lighting.
