This is one of our finest retail construction and design projects.
R.L.P Development Company, Inc. selected us as the Design-Build contractor for this new retail center. Consisting of ten tenant-leased spaces, the 25,460-square-foot structure is home to 10 retailers, including main tenant RP Lumber’s new retail store and display room. We constructed the building with Tilt-Up concrete with EIFS, glass storefront and brick veneer façade.
