The Korte Company was founded in 1958, and since then, we’ve completed more than 2,000 projects throughout the U.S. That includes landmark office construction projects for many recognizable brands and quality companies.
In this build, we provided a great company with a streamlined manufacturing facility and corporate office headquarters.
The Roto-Die Company, now owned by Rotometrics, is the world’s largest producer of precision rotary dies for the pressure-sensitive label industry and is recognized as the pioneering name in the rotary tooling industry. They are a global partner for the converting industry with unmatched local manufacturing, product development expertise and customer service.
We partnered with Roto-Die to consolidate the operations of three smaller facilities and build a new world headquarters for the RotoMetrics Group. The pre-engineered facility includes several specialized work areas and an adjoining office area. In 1994, our same design and construction team also built a pre-planned, 100,000-square-foot addition.
