Summerfield Suites is a 106-unit, all-suite hotel spread among seven two-story buildings. The hotel offers one and two-bedroom suites with kitchenettes, vaulted ceilings and fireplaces. We situated the wood frame buildings in a park-like setting, creating a residential atmosphere for visitors. A guest house, pool, spa and all-weather sports court are also included.
We completed the project on a very tight schedule, something we’re proud of as we’ve never once delivered a build behind a time schedule. We turned over the first building to the owner in six and one-half months, and we completed the entire project in nine months.
