The Korte Company successfully delivered a renovation project for the Toyota Financial Savings Bank in Henderson, Nevada. Working closely with the architect, Ware Macolmb, the 25,000-square-foot transformation included comprehensive updates and improvements throughout the existing three-story facility.
Initial phases of construction required the demolition and removal of existing walls to establish a larger, more open lobby as well as additional office and storage space. New construction balanced open floor space with integrated private workrooms for customers. The rooms featured full glass inserts and metal/glass sliding barn doors.
The lobby design is highlighted with central carpet inlay and luxury vinyl tile surround. Floor-to-ceiling walls were installed to divide the lobby area from the office spaces. Lighting for the open area floorplan included hanging pendant lights suspended from the newly installed cloud drop ceiling. The front entry door was removed and replaced with full glass insert doors.
Additionally, large format dimensional graphics were added throughout the space to coordinate Toyota brand elements with the existing color scheme.
