Together, we deliver Design-Build distribution facilities, and we’ve built more than 19 million square feet of warehouse and distribution space in the U.S. Through this build, we helped the United States Postal Service (USPS) improve mail distribution.
The Korte Company was selected as the Design-Builder for the USPS Mail Processing Facility in Miami, Florida. The new, 480,000-square-foot facility is one-story, Tilt-Up concrete construction and consists of a large mail processing workroom and a loading dock platform with multiple dock positions. We also designed and built support and administrative areas for the facility. The site contains an asphalt drive, parking lots for employees and special parking for truck traffic.
