This project is the second phase for The Vistas Community Park, a neighborhood amenity for one of the premier master-planned communities in Summerlin, a suburb of Las Vegas.
Located on a 93,359-square-foot site, the community hall building is 7,848 square feet and includes a community room, meeting rooms and a warming kitchen for community activities and functions. The pool building offers separate bathrooms and showers, an office and a maintenance/storage room.
Designed for family use, the pool area features a pool slide, wading pool, whimsical spaying frogs, shade canopies, lounge areas with chairs and bathroom and shower facilities. Extensive landscaping was used throughout the project, blending it into the upscale residential neighborhood.
