The Walgreen Company chose The Korte Company to provide Design-Build services for the renovation of its existing distribution center located in Flagstaff, Arizona.
The project consisted of the following interior renovations: the relocation of shipping and receiving functions, the addition of new administration offices, the renovation of loss prevention offices, the renovation of shipping and receiving offices, the renovation of front offices and the addition of a new parking lot.
