The Korte Company has a long-established and successful partnership building distribution centers for Walgreens, formally known as The Walgreen Company. As a result, The Korte Company earned the opportunity to design and build a new, 14,500-square-foot retail store in south Las Vegas.
The outlet’s load-bearing exterior masonry walls use split-faced block wainscot and precast bullnose caps to present an attractive and cost-effective storefront. We veneered the remaining masonry with an EIFS acrylic finish coat over the portland cement plaster base. The building interior has a 10,900-square-foot retail area with pharmacy and film development areas around the perimeter, streamlining customer flow and checkout times.
