The Walgreens Distribution Center, located in Williamston, South Carolina, provides 400,000 square feet of warehouse space, including 95 dock positions, 80,000 square feet of mezzanines and two high-bay rack structures totaling 250,000 square feet.
The facility features a two-story, 40,000-square-foot administrative office area, a 10,000-square-foot receiving office, and a 14,000-square-foot shipping office and cafeteria.
For the exterior, we used precast wall panels. The high-bay rack structures are clad with smooth and ribbed sheet metal wall panels.
