The 922,500-square-foot interior renovation includes electrical, dock and employee space upgrades. We added roughly 22,500 square feet of administrative office, training and maintenance space. Another 19,000 square feet of office areas are being renovated for employee facilities and support spaces. A total of 145 dock positions will have new doors and full equipment packages.
