b'PALMETTO, GAThe Korte Company partnered with the United States Postal Service on a large-scale interior project within an existing 1,008,000-square-foot Regional Processing & Distribution Center in Palmetto, Georgia. The project included new mail processing and bulk mail equipment spaces, administrative and support areas, and computer rooms. The Korte Company delivered new plumbing and HVAC systems to fully heat and cool the facility, along with a significant electrical expansion coordinated closely with the local utility. Exterior and envelope improvements supported new rooftop HVAC systems and expanded dock operations. Site work included upgraded utilities, enhanced security, reconfigured loading docks, 330 new employee parking spaces, storm drainage and landscaping.70 71'
