charged us with the Design-Build renovation of Building 649 at Grand Forks
Air Force Base. The project is part of the Department of Defenses Disaster
Resiliency Program. We modernized the 145,324-square-foot aircraft
maintenance facility to ensure mission readiness. The project included
interior demolition and reconfiguration, mechanical and electrical
upgrades, as well as new communications and HVAC systems. Structural and
site upgrades provide the Air Force with a flexible, mission-ready space
capable of adapting to demands.The project is set for completion in
